Infraredheatpanels.com’s Price Match Promise, we will price match up to 7 days after purchase.

Here’s what you need to do:
1. Supply us with a link to the web site page you have found the lower priced item*.
2. Check it’s in stock.
3. Check its available for delivery and the delivery is like for like.
4. Check the price includes any delivery charges, see below for help on delivery charges.
5. Check the items are brand new.
6. Check that the product is like for like.
7. The store must be a recognised store and not a private seller.
Infraredheatpanels.com will be happy to price match any lower priced product providing it meets the above criteria and is a current stock item.
We reserve the right to price match for personal use only and not for resale purposes. We also reserve the right to where necessary, limit the price match offer to one per customer. For price match purposes the competitor must be a known and verified stockist of the product.
All you need to do is check that you price match meets with the above criteria and, if it does please email pricematch@infraredheatpanels.com with all the details and our customer service team will sort for you.
Please note that the money you will receive back is dependent on the difference between the two prices. Should you also use either a discount code or promotional code on your specified product your price matched amount with be revised accordingly to price paid.

* PRICE MATCH EXAMPLE 1: How we calculate your price match including any incurred delivery.
• Infraredheatpanels.com price is £10.00 including free delivery therefore you would pay a total of £10.00 to get the item delivered to you
• The web site you have found is selling the product at £5.00 therefore £5.00 cheaper than Infraredheatpanels.com, however they charge £10.00 for like for like delivery, therefore the total delivered price you would pay is £15.00, therefore in this example Infraredheatpanels.com are £5.00 cheaper to purchase the same item and have it delivered.

• You find the same 3 products available cheaper from 3 different web sites, the first site offers the 1st product at £8.00, however there is a £5.00 delivery charge, the second web site offers the 2nd product at £13.00, however there is a delivery charge of £2.95 and the third web site offers the 3rd product at £45.00 with free delivery, to calculate multiple web sites we will include all relevant delivery charges applicable of each site therefore in this case the total cost to buy all 3 products from 3 different suppliers would cost you a total of £73.95 delivered to you, therefore the same 3 items from Infraredheatpanels.com are £1.05 more expensive, in this case you would qualify for the price match of £1.05 being the difference.
